Production Supervisor Required

UPDATED 16 JUNE 2024 - Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will oversee the manufacturing process to ensure high-quality kitchen products are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

• Train, mentor, and manage production staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.

• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably within the kitchen retail or manufacturing industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
